Dear Residents of The Oaks,

 

Here’s another spectacular summer at The Oaks at Brookfield Farms!

 

Like everywhere we do have some basic rules that we ask all residents to follow.

 

1.    Please no children over 12 years of age on play equipment.

 

2.    No children under the age of 8 without adult supervision.

 

3.    Parents / owners will be responsible for damage done by their children/guests.

 

4.    Park hours are from 8 A.M. to 9 P.M. (or dusk - whichever comes first)

 

 5.    Finally, as we have had some complaints of teenagers acting inappropriately in the play      area, we ask that there be no swearing or offensive actions taking place anywhere near       the playground areas.

 

If you see any anyone breaking these rules please try to find what home they are from and alert me right away. We want to keep this beautiful park a safe and clean place for all children to play.

CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS: 

If you have plans to build a storage shed, paint your house or make other outside changes to your lot; please click on the documents tab above and print off an ACC request form. Follow the submital instructions on the form. The ACC will review your request and reply to you within 30 days as required by the association's governing documents.
